Cannes Lions 2024 See It Be It cohort
2024 seems to keep being a lucky year as I am beyond thrilled to share that I have been selected as one of the 19 incredible women to participate in the #SeeItBeIt 10th anniversary program Cohort! 🌟 And guess what? We're heading to Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity this year! ;)

Out of more than 1400 applications, 18 amazing women and myself were selected so I feel extremely proud and grateful for this huge responsibility.

This opportunity is not just a personal triumph, but a testament to the power of creative women coming together to uplift and empower one another. 💪💖

I am currently a Senior Art Director teaming up with a Creative Director, working on Heineken Global projects. In 3 years time we have launched 3 global campaigns and more than 6 local and regional ones, winning 3 Silver Cannes Lions, 1 Bronze and 3 shortlists on the way (among some other relevant awards at NYF, LIA, Golden Drums and Eurobest).

Worked as art director working on all Coca-Cola brands locally and regionally from McCann Bucharest HUB. Apart from these 9 brands, we also played an important role on global accounts such as Beko or Mastercard together with several local market leaders such as Neumarkt (Heineken) and Regina Maria Private Healthcare Network. The hard work we put into and the awesome team we were surrounded with led us to win many awards in many different festivals (including a Silver Lion at Cannes).
